Quality Survey Reports

We are independent Chartered Building Surveyors based in South East Essex with more than 20 years of professional experience. Alongside RICS Home Surveys, we provide Buy-to-Let Surveys, Home Insight Surveys, and New Build (Snagging) Reports. For commercial clients, we prepare detailed Schedules of Condition for both landlords and tenants prior to new lease agreements. Our approach is client-focused: we keep you updated throughout the process and, whenever possible, take the time to personally discuss any issues we identify.

Our surveyors are fully qualified and hold both RICS and RPSA membership. Once we understand a client’s objectives, we take care of the entire process — from arranging the inspection to securing access to the property. After the inspection, we provide a comprehensive report, supported by detailed photographs, to give a clear picture of any issues that need attention. As part of our service, we also offer a follow-up telephone call to talk through the key findings once the report is complete.
