Our fees depend on the type of survey and the age, type and size of the property, so a few details help us quote accurately. Don't worry if you don't have everything to hand.
If you're buying, it also helps to have the estate agent's details, as we'll contact them to arrange access once you've instructed us.

We contact the estate agent or seller to book the inspection and let you know the date.
We carry out the inspection and email your report within 5 working days. You can then book a call to go through the findings.

No. Once you've instructed us, we contact the estate agent or seller to arrange access and confirm the inspection date with you.
We aim to book inspections as soon as possible, depending on our diary and when the seller or agent can provide access. Let us know if you're working to a deadline and we'll do our best to help.
No. Our surveys report on the condition of the property and don't include a market valuation. An insurance reinstatement cost can be added to a Level 2 or Level 3 survey, or provided on its own, for an additional fee.
